How Out-Sourcing Works

The Norton Bookkeeping Group is not designed to replace your current CPA. We are here to help you with the day to day bookkeeping functions required to keep your business moving forward. At the end of each month we prepare your monthly financial reports which you can then examine and the pass along to your CPA if need be. At the end of your fiscal year we prepare all the information you need to send to your CPA so that they can complete your taxes and your financial planning for the coming year.

Nuts and Bolts

To work with us you will need the following pieces of equipment:

  • fax machine
  • computer with internet capabilities
  • printer
  • phone

In general most of our clients have a basket into which they place every piece of paper that comes across their desk that has anything to do with the financial aspect of their business. Once a week or once a month, depending on the paper volume, all these papers are placed into an envelope and mailed to us at the Norton Bookkeeping Group. We process all this information and perform any tasks that need to be completed and we send back to you anything that needs reviewing or signing. Simple ;-)
